If you pay by Paypal, I will only ship to the address listed on your Paypal account.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post Regular Mail.
I cannot guarantee any exact delivery times but here are estimated times:
Within Canada: 3 - 4 BUSINESS days or more during peak times.
To USA: 6 - 10 BUSINESS days or more during peak times.
All Other Countries: 2 - 8 weeks or more during peak times.
All times vary based on local postal service.
The lowest cost mail service does not come with a tracking number. If you want to purchase delivery service that will give you a tracking number, please let me know before you purchase an item so I can advise you of the extra costs.
Refunds and Exchanges
RETURNS: I am happy to accept a return and to refund your money if the item you purchased from me is not as described or is in someway defective. Please contact me before returning an item so I can verify the address that you will be sending it to. As soon as the item has been received back by me in the same condition that I shipped it to you, I will give you your full refund. I cannot offer refunds on custom orders.
